This is a little late, but I had an issue with one of my blinds about a month ago. Keith diagnosed the problem over the phone and indicated he would order the part and give me a call to schedule the repair. A few hours later I received a phone call from Keith and he said the part was ordered. A few days later Keith arrived at my home, part in hand and ready to go! Keith made the repair in a timely fashion and even made a few adjustments to other blinds in my home. The best part was Keith didn't charge me for the service call or part; I was thrilled! It's not too often these days to receive exceptional service, but Aloha Blinds & Designs delivered! I would highly recommend their services! 👍

Aloha Blinds installed our blinds nearly 10 years ago and did a fantastic job (it was different owners then but Tim & Keith have provided excellent service since). We just had one of our side doors replaced and somehow when the contractor swapped the blind to the new door, one side no longer stayed up. Tim came out right away, fixed the blind, and didn’t even charge us even though it was no fault of theirs. That is outstanding customer service, above and beyond! I will always use Aloha Blinds and highly recommend them, thank you guys so much!
