Pilar is super nice, understanding and accommodating! She listened to my concerns and took them seriously, which I appreciated since unfortunately not all providers do. All the staff I’ve interacted with here are always very personable and I felt well taken care of.

Had an infection and needed an appointment on short notice. My primary provider group urgent care couldn't get me in. Booked an appointment with ZoomCare 40 minutes out. Great staff, check in and out very easy, provider was personable and listened to me. Would absolutely see her again.

Showed up at 7:45 am for my 8:00 am appointment but was told I had to wait in my car until a medical provider showed up… it is now 5 minutes until 8 and there’s no one here but the receptionist.
