This has been an amazing journey. My wife (Patti) and I purchased some property last year and decided to check out buying a manufactured home to put on the property instead of building a so called stick home. I contacted my good friend Bruce Zechenelly with Willamette Homes in Beaverton Oregon. The 3 of us got together and within 2 hours, our home was built. ( at least on paper) the order was sent to Palm Harbor in Albany and 90 days later, to the day, it was sitting on our property. This is the only place you will need to go if you are looking to purchase a manufactured home in oregon. The staff is very friendly and helpful and they go out of their way to make sure their customers are happy. They were even able to help with financing.

They helped us buy and guide us through the process of setting up a manufactured home. There's so much that goes into setting up a home! Originally we thought about buying an existing home they had listed but decided to purchase a brand new home when we we were approved for a lot more in our financing letter. Very happy. Thank you all!
