Westside Florist Inc. is a family-owned and operated business that has been in operation for over 30 years, currently run by owner Kathy Kreklau and her daughter Chelsie Kreklau. The business has been passed down through the family, from father to daughter, and they strive to make all customers feel welcome and happy. They recently moved to a larger location, allowing them to expand their capabilities in serving their local customers' floral needs. One customer shared an experience of ordering flowers for Mother's Day to be delivered on Saturday, but upon realizing her mother would be out of town, she rescheduled the delivery for Monday. Despite the change, the flowers were still attempted to be delivered on Saturday, but when no one was home, they were returned to the shop. To the customer's surprise, two bouquets were delivered on Monday - one assumed to be the original order and the other a fresh one. Another customer shared their positive experience of ordering a hanging flower pot for Mother's Day, which was delivered on time by two kind older gentlemen. The plant was fresh and green at first and bloomed beautifully when put out in the sun. Additionally, Westside Florist Inc. has been recognized for their outstanding service in handling annual flower deliveries for a customer's godmother's birthday, even when the customer is not from the Portland area.
