I had my fitting with Marichu who was a delight. She was so customer focused, knowledgeable and very helpful so I could get glasses. Kudos to her! We need more people like her in this world. She made my morning start off wonderful!
Thelma is truly an exceptional and knowledgeable employee. She’s very funny and took the time to explain everything to me. She ensures that customers are satisfied with their experience, and her kind, welcoming smile is especially appreciated in a clinic setting. She even stayed late to make sure all patients were seen in a timely manner. She is well deserving of a 5-star review!
Mariachi greeted me, made eye contact, and guided me to her workstation. She listened attentively to what I needed and found my record. She was pleasant and quick, and very professional and helpful. I was in and out in a few minutes. Excellent customer service!
