I always know what I came for, but always looking around for something else. The people are usually (always with me!), just ignoring me, and make me feel unimportant. Then I listen lots of gossips about others, while I do my shopping! It's kinda fun too! It was not once, probably many many times!
I got a haircut by George yesterday and he did an amazing job! Because I am mixed race I have not had the best of luck with some stylists at other salons in the past not cutting my hair correctly, even if it was just a trim. When this happened I didn't know if I could trust another stylist again. Aa soon as I sat in George's chair and he assessed my hair, I knew I was in good hands. If you want a stylist who understands and knows how to cut curly hair, (especially ethnic curly hair), then I highly recommend getting in with George. It's a good store, but I had a less than perfect experience. They wouldn't let me checkout because I chose not to sign up for their rewards program. They kept insisting I provide my phone number, first and last name, and email, claiming it was Ultas policy. I've worked in retail, and am aware of trying to get as many people signed up as possible, but this was overkill. I usually avoid this place and go somewhere else. When I asked another store, they said they do encourage rewards memberships but it's not a requirement to shop there.
