I've been using Syncta for 6 years and they were amazing when I started with them. I was able to call and speak directly with Brock anytime there was a problem and he would get right on it, his customer service was outstanding. Since Watts purchased the company, customer service has declined to a point of non existence, multiple times servers down, and the cost has increased drastically. They will respond, but its usually 30 days later, good luck.

Syncta no longer works with Quickbooks Desktop. Again, communication from Syncta was non existent.SYNCTA: Unfortunately, our hands are tied since Quickbooks has sunsetted the desktop version. We can only support the online version going forward.ME: They just told us like a week ago it was up and running. The update would have been helpful. We just updated our Quickbooks and decided to stay with the Desktop version we would have went with online version if someone would have gave us the correct information.1:03 pmME: We also spent 5 hours trying to figure this out today. Should you not maybe remove syncing to desktop as an option in our settings if it does not work?

I do agree with most of the review from American Backflow. We have switched to Syncta this year as well for our Backflow Business. it took over a year to finally make the jump and go for it. Syncta does not come cheap if you have a large customer base and multiple testers like we do. I can see Syncta workign great for an independent contractor with a smaller business but Syncta is not ideal for a large business. We have had so many technical issues, blank reports, mapping, unknown devices showing up on schedules etc. It would not be so bad if it did not take days to get response from Syncta and then all they do is ask for screen shots of the problem.
