RBP Construction also completed an ADU project, handling the excavation, concrete, framing, roofing, siding, electrical, plumbing, and drywall work. RBP Construction demolished two old existing patios that were riddled with cracks and that contained a variety of conflicting slopes caused by erosion over time. Excavation was labor intensive because of limited access to the location and solid rock formations underneath portions of both patios. In order to make each new patio level, because of the slope, RBP had to build a retaining wall between each and install sixty feet of concrete curbing along the base of an existing sixty-year-old concrete retaining wall. I selected RBP for my ADU project after an exhaustive search for contractors. His team did the excavation, concrete, framing, roofing, siding, electrical, plumbing and drywall. Communication was clear and I could always contact my project manager to get an update or work through issues. RBP does high quality work and they are trustworthy.
Ruben was outstanding to work with! From bid to finish, he kept solid communication and answered all of our questions. He was competitive with his bid and was the only contractor out of five who was on time and didn't bullsh*t me with what was and was not feasible. Flat surface concrete pouring has been delayed this year due to the late spring rains and the ground being soggy, but as soon as the conditions were ideal, RBP got started. The RBP crew was awesome! They worked their a$$es off! Darcy (crew supervisor) was stellar to work with for both me and my wife. Bottom line is RBP delivered the service they quoted on time and on target.
