Thank you Pella for standing behind your products and replacing a large window at my home that developed a defect in the glass coating after a year of service. With no fuss or games, Pella replaced the window professionally and promptly.
The job of replacing rotten windows went very smoothly. Derick and Tim were good to work with. The install team was great too. When extensive dry rot was found, they rescheduled to do the repairs, and at a fair price. I recommend these guys.
