The staff is very nice and understanding of my condition. I like the person I see. She is very caring. I agree with the other review. The appointment process is difficult. No one could see me when I had pneumonia and I was told to go to urgent care.
Absolutely love Dr. Sarah K. Denu. She has and continues to provide excellent care to my partner and I. She is personable and genuine. I cannot recommend her enough!
My only complaint about this location is the front desk staff. Lately nobody is there when you enter to greet you, there is long wait time to check in for schedule things at the front desk. I have also had issues getting through to the scheduling line. I tried for 2 days to call and schedule an appointment, but ended up having to schedule it online. This experience was disappointing. First you should know I called and canceled and the person who took my call was very frustrating to speak with.
Very little help or direction to resolve my question and why i had to cancel.
Past visit and service - Dr Fu is fantastic!! Staff is great. Doing a great nod and very pleased. Thank you
