I'm not a patient, but my elderly father is. The employees at the front desk are all wonderful and doctor Fu is amazing. That being said, I can never get through to them and they never called me back. It's not the staff's fault, the administrators need to hire more people to answer phones.
If you're looking for a new pcp and are ok with seeing a Nurse Practitioner then I highly recommend this place. I have been using this office for about a year now and let me tell you they're amazing. All of the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and take the time to listen to you as well as discuss your care. It's typically quite easy to get an appointment the same week you call, and sometimes even the same day. On top of that they actually care and treat you like a person instead of just another patient they have to see. I believe you will receive much better care here vs at any Hospital Drs office and there's no long wait times in the waiting room either.
The staff is very nice and understanding of my condition. I like the person I see. She is very caring. I agree with the other review. The appointment process is difficult. No one could see me when I had pneumonia and I was told to go to urgent care.
