Northwest Auto fix found a bearing problem in the front two wheels which two prior mechanics had misdiagnosed. I brought my Toyota RAV4 in to the mechanic that I've been using for the last couple of years and he said that it was not wheel bearing but probably transmission or transfer case. He recommended a transmission shop that I brought it to who said it was a 90% probability that it was transmission and he could fix it for $6,000. I thought I would check Northwest Auto fix since I had used them in the past to work on the Hondas that I owned previously, including transmission work. First time I visited, they didn't charge me a thing. They just did a quick diagnostic (it was nothing serious, but important) and I drove away. I made the appointment for repairs later in the week and it was done the same day. Within 2 hours, I think. It was great. Had some supply issues during Covid, but who didn't? They were informative and respectful. And what could anyone do but wait for parts? Just took the truck in again on Friday. Battery, alternator, spark plugs. Didn't get there until noon. They ordered the alternator. It's the following Monday and the truck is done and in the driveway. They're just so dang FAST. Quality work, reasonable prices, fast service....read full review

Outstanding service from everyone throughout the entire process from booking an appointment to collection of my vehicle. Professional, courteous and friendly staff who really wanted to get the job done (and did) in a timely manner. I even got a ride to pick up my truck which was very much appreciated.
