Very disappointed in this establishment. I called in the morning as soon as they opened at 8:30 and the receptionist told me that she would call me back when she had news from the doctor about refilling a medication and if I needed to make an appointment. I left two voicemails and I finally got a hold of the receptionist at 3:30 for her to tell me that I have to wait 2 to 3 business days. Which I understand medication takes some time through insurance, however in the past, I communicated to them that my medication has run out and they made it a priority to see me because I have a mental disorder and I can’t function in society without it. I am so grateful I found this practice!
I appreciated that I actually had enough time with the doctor to talk through all of my concerns instead of getting shoved out the door within 15 minutes, they were open to talking about multiple approaches or paths of action?? of care for my specific concerns and let me choose the path that seems like the best fit for me.
It is very easy for me to get an appointment in 1-2 weeks which is unheard of. They accept Aetna. They got everything done for me in one appointment. ..( that would normally take me three or four at zoomcare!)

Great Great Doctor (Dr. Mirtorabi), Great StaffMy experience with Dr. Mirtorabi has been excellent. He is very knowledgeable, competent and supportive.Both the Doctor and the staff have gone beyond their call of duty to help with everything. Very kind and accommodating.I am very happy with the results and would strongly recommend Dr. Mirtorabi. He and his staff are very professional and did an excellent job.
