Our project was a significant cost to us and Matt was upfront, detailed, and thorough in the projected budget and worked with us to keep it on track with no surprises. Matt and his designer Phil came out to our home multiple times to talk through our ideas, take measurements, and present a hardscape and planting plan. We landed on a plan that included a regrading our backyard, establishing new soil and garden beds, installing retaining walls, drip line irrigation, and construction of a 12x14 covered cedar deck. We have contracted Matt Sander Landscaping twice and cannot say enough good things about this very talented and professional company. After a briefing with Matt about the general concept of the project, he presented us with a design that was more creative than we had ever dreamed of. The project started on time, came in on budget, and the crew was hardworking, capable, cheerful, and always left a clean work site at the end of the day. I have used Matt Sander's twice since I have been in my home. He is the first company I think of. HIs workers were on time, courteous, cleaned up after themselves. When I had questions, they were able to answer them for me on the spot. When Matt came out to go over the planning of the backyard, he listened and gave me many options for pricing on what I wanted so I could stay on budget, but not lose plants or ideas that I wanted. I cant wait to have them come back and spruce up my front yard!
