“I was very pleased with my experience ordering flowers from Rose City Floral. I live in California and wanted some flowers delivered to my Grandmother in Oregon. I left a note asking that they contact me if they had any questions because I wanted it to be a surprise. The morning that the flowers were to be delivered, I received a call offering to swap the basket to a ceramic pumpkin vase and even though I was set on the basket, I loved that they reached out and offered another option, the woman who called me was very kind. The arrangement that was delivered to my Grandmother was absolutely beautiful and I will definitely be ordering from here again in the future. I also think that the prices are very reasonable. 10/10 from me!“
