Not only did they finish the project on time, but they also made sure to clean the workspace every day before they left. We initially used Custom NW Remodeling in 2021 to transform our pre-finished hickory hardwood floors the previous owner installed throughout our home. I reached out to several other companies and contractors who were hesitant to take the job because of the floors pre-finished state. They came out to evaluate our flooring and indicated they would be able to complete the job, and the price was very fair for the time and effort needed to accommodate our very challenging color requests.
Their team took an enormous amount of time with us, as we went through several test colors before settling on a creation they came up with using a mixture of colors.
