Our truck has been used at the barn for 10yrs, it had horse hair, hay, dog hair and who knows what else in it. I didn't know what to expect when sending it to Nico, but wow, he did an incredible job. Our truck looks brand new. Highly recommend! We will be using him for all of our vehicles and can't recommend him enough.
I had the misfortune of a child puking in the backseat of my car. Leather seats with tiny little holes that the puke seeped into and was impossible to clean. Don’t even get me started on the stench. I called a few places for estimates, and not only was Nico at Black Diamond the most responsive, but he also gave me the best quote. I was able to get an appointment the same week, and Nico even texted me offering an appointment earlier in the day when he had a cancellation. I waited at a nearby coffee shop while Nico did his thing. He quickly sent me a photo of the seat with the back panel lifted, and it was clear that the damage was much more extensive than it appeared on the surface. It required the entire backseat to be removed, and more photos revealed puke covering the entire area under the seat, as well as the wiring for the airbags and heating system. If Nico hadn’t been so thorough, those wires would’ve corroded and the cost for repair would’ve been prohibitive. Nico completely cleaned every last morsel, rewired everything properly, replaced the backseat, and even reinstalled my daughter’s booster seat. The backseat looks like new, and the stench is gone! Nico is a magician, and I will definitely call him for any future car detailing needs.
Brought in a very dirty farm truck. Black diamond did a phenomenal job detailing the pickup. Took away all the bad smells and made it look brand new. Easy to work with, trustworthy, and reasonable pricing. Will be back. 5/5 recommend.
