All of the staff is so kind and they all make an incredible effort to help me & my kitties whenever issues arise. I’m particularly thankful for their demeanor and level of caution with my one cat who has severe anxiety (which they put her on Prozac for and she’s doing incredible now)! Dr. Scarpinatto has seen our almost 15 year old girl since she was 4 months. Ever since the first visit we trusted him. He is experienced, honest and always looking for the best options for our girl and us (as owners). He and his staff are friendly and professional. If you take your pets to see him, they will be in the best hands.
We had our Yellow Lab Shelby with an ear hematoma. We took her to Best Care Animal Hospital and the doctor had a totally different approach to solve the problem than the other vet clinic we took her to for her previous ear hematoma. The ear is healing and looks great in comparison to the other ear where the other vet clinic stitched the ear and looks deformed. Thanks for saving the ear and the great service.
