Mike made it extremely easy for me to ease into something new, was very attentive and showed me the ropes. If I had felt confused the whole time I would not have signed up after my free trial. But because today was such a perfect experience I just signed up. Friendly classmates as well.

What a great box! Convenient, clean, spacious, great workout, excellent and helpful coaching, nice box members plus: DOGS!!!! Mike and Christina are the owners. So responsive and so very nice. I'm dropping in while here on work. If I lived here, this would be my gym! Thank you Coach Mike for great coaching for my tight ankles that keep me from squatting; gonna get this!

Just dropped in for free session. Very focused coaching on safety and form, and everyone is giving it their all - very large number of woman lifters too, which impressed me.Still exploring gyms, but this place has a great energy and comradely even by the first impression.Will update next time!
