Had a wonderful facial with Elise. She is very knowledgeable, and I had such a relaxing time. I really felt rejuvenated when our session was over. The products she used were so light and the atmosphere was lovely.

i got my hybrid lashes done with Mariah and she was so amazing! She was so kind and handled my lashes with such care. We had good conversation and i was comfortable through the whole process.

Update: I am a fan of Balm again! There was a delay in them calling me about my less than stellar experience there but when they finally did they were very apologetic and helpful and they are totally making it right now. I'm sure I'll have a better experience this time around.****************************I was a big fan of Balm West, having had 2 previous lash lift and tint experiences with them that were great, but this last time I went it was pretty mediocre. The actual session with the aesthetician was great, she was extremely nice to work with, but I don't think she really knew what she was doing...without going into too much boring detail here I will just say that...read full review
