THIS COMPANY IS AWESOME. It is difficult to get a response for an RfQ let alone have anybody show up on time for anything.. From the bidding process by Andrew to the build by Claudio and his crew everything was done professionally and on time Very engaging people and listen to your concerns and ideas. Deck progress work day #15.. DECK CONSTRUCTION DONE ! ! ! Todays accomplishments: �Installed gate and decorative flanges. �Installed the remaining fascia boards. �Installed additional support cross beams. To do yet: �City Permit inspection and final approval. They were done within the estimate and the promised 3 week timeline from demolition to completion. They worked 15 days straight through rain or shine. We are super impressed with thier workmanship, craftsmanship and quality. They hauled away every scrap of construction debris. So if you're considering a deck or fence project. Here's who we would highly recommend: Adrian's Quality Fencing and Decks 503-209-9216 The deck is constructed with Dekorators PVC decking and Dexterdry which keeps the underside of the deck dry. We now have a 2nd use-able DRY outdoor space. This deck is over-engineered. I think it would take a herd of elephants dancing on the deck before it would collapse.. A few more projects.. then we will be ready for deck party. Really!!
