I go to Carol for hair removal and she's so good! Super friendly and easy to work with and she does good work too. Hair removal isn't a quick process but she's patient and methodical and we've made lots of progress. I would hugely recommend!
So rude and unprofessional ! I had made an appointment for electrolysis ( due to demands you gotta do months in advance) There is no confirmation email / remainder message or any details explained on prerequisites message about the appointments but just a poor attitude ! I am glad I did not happen to go there . If the way appointments are dealt are this bad I wonder how the service would have been !!
Went to Adelaide to see Kathy for a massage and haircut. I have been very careful myself to stay away from places where I feel unsafe. I was very impressed with careful procedures and their adherence to their stated policies. They do all they can to make your visit a safe one. You're asked to have your temperature taken and answer Covid-19 related symptom questions. There is a pleasant and spaced seating area outside for waiting. The massage room is closed off from the remainder of the salon. Admittedly I was the only customer there at the time but felt safe. Have known Kathy for a long time and am confident she does all she can to keep herself and, therefore, you, safe.
