I ordered flowers to be delivered to my daughter's work. They never got there. When I requested a refund after 3 days I was told there would be a credit applied to my credit card. Unfortunately this never happened. I had to file a dispute with my credit card provider. The lady was pleasant enough on the phone but I won't use her again because she didn't follow through on her promise.

Second we walked further into the shop and the lady at the counter didn't say anything no hello hows your day... nothing. She just stood there with her nose in the computer. I mean im sure she sees a lot of tourist and such through out the day but to totally ignore people seems a little much. Soo the final thing was my husband asked about some small plant decorations and the lady just gave an awkward laugh and said $8 and we call it a day. Another awkward laugh and she's back to the computer. We paid the lady and moved on. Just kinda an awkward place/interaction.
