We are very pleased with the service we received from the Heat Pump Store. The installation was efficient and on time. The system works very well and the one year follow up service was great. We decided to pay in advance for service next year. It is worth it to keep the system running as efficiently as it does now. And the sales people, installers, and service providers were pleasant and knowledgeable.

We contacted The Heat Pump Store, to inquire about the best; most efficient heating system for our home. They sent a representative out almost immediately! Jim Souza, was extremely courteous and knowledgeable about the various Ductless Heating Systems. After careful discussion we decided on the Daikin Ductless System. Within one week, we had our system installed by Ryan, from The Heat Pump Store, and Lee, from Reese Electric. Both of these gentlemen were highly skilled and had our system installed in no time!
