Outstanding service. The owner was on top of the situation immediately. We were given an estimated ETA that was way better than expected. The driver (Grant) then called to say he was on his way and told us when to expect him. He was plus or minus one minute on his arrival time. Very well run outfit. Professional, courteous, and prompt. Also, the price we paid was less than our estimates.

Jake from superior towing was absolutely amazing he was friendly and got me to my location quick and easy, he kept me up with information so I felt comfortable about where my car was taken to all in all 10/10 service definitely recommend!!

My vehicle broke down late on a Sunday afternoon about 15 miles north of Baker City. Superior Towing arrived in less than 30 minutes. The driver, Grant, was amazing. Not only did he tow my car to a reputable shop, he then drove me and my luggage to a nearby motel and stuck around to ensure I was able to secure a room. You just don't get that type of service these days. I highly recommend calling Superior Towing for your towing needs.
