I can't say enough great things about this computer repair company and Dale Bogardus! When my laptop suddenly died, I was in a complete panic—especially because I thought I'd lost all of my files. Dale responded immediately, worked with me to assess the situation, and guided me through every step with friendly professionalism.

I could not be happier with the service Dale provided. After one of our computers was compromised Dale showed up to help us out within an hour or two. He took the computer we were worried about as well as another one that was just running slow home with him and had them both back to us the next morning running better than ever. He gave us a courtesy follow up call before sending us the invoice to make sure we were taken care of and the bill was a tremendous value for the service provided. Would definitely recommend to others and will use him again without question.

Dale is amazing - he fixed my computer in less than 10 minutes. The charger plug had broken off inside the computer - Dale took the laptop to his office and returned it in less then 20 minutes - it's amazing!
