I called 4 serperate times in 3 days. NO ONE RETURNED MY CALL. I would NOT recommend any place that WILL NOT RETURN A CALL. This is mentioned on the reviews by others. Small town word-of-mouth is SO IMPORTANT

Tried to make an appointment with Kate for lashes. She didn't respond to making an appointment until I text her again.I honestly don't know her work because she canceled on me.I got a babysitter and drove over an hour just to get to the salon and find out she over scheduled and didn't have time for me.She offered to reschedule, but I'm going elsewhere. She just lost a steady client

If I could give zero stars I would. I called on 11-11-21 and was talking to a girl named Kersten they said they had an opening on 11-12-21 at 10 o'clock. We showed up and they weren't even open.

Love Sam!!! I'm very thankful she's my stylist and i would follow her anywhere!! I was recently reminded when it came to having to reschedule my kids' appts...Word of advice-Don't ever "cheat" on your stylist even with a coworker, for your kids cuts!

My sister had her eyelashes removed by Kate who used a chemical that burned her eyes, ripped out her natural lashes. My sister fled in tears and went to the eye Dr who informed her if she hadn't flushed her eyes she would have had substantial vision loss. She has chemical burns on her eyes. Terrible! Kate did not rinse her eyes but wiped them out with a cotton ball. Did not make any effort to contact and can't be reached.
