Baker Vision was able to squeeze me in for an emergency appointment, after I was diagnosed with shingles on my face at a nearby local clinic. I'm not an Oregon resident, but I was in Baker for work, and was at the tail-end of my trip, traveling home the following day. My mind was all over the place, but the office staff was friendly, professional and efficient, which made me feel more at ease. They offered to send the records of my visit to my primary care doctor back home, as well as my eye doctor. Something I wouldn't have thought of until later. My visit was with Dr. Elms, who is calm, warm and knowledgable. She made me feel very comfortable, as well as confident in her shingles expertise. I felt looked after like a mother would her child, she showed genuine care and concern. She told me about how the nerves ran, and she cautioned me about how things could progress and worsen, and what to watch out for in the coming days. She took her time and answered all my questions, which I truly appreciated. I've never felt more cared for by a doctor in my life. Thank you Baker Vision, and thank you SO MUCH Dr. Elms.

Terrific staff and timely visits every time I schedule. Dr. Mitchell listens carefully and is very helpful to explain what he finds. I found my favorite pair of glasses frames in their office. Consistently excellent service!

I have been seeing Doctor Elms for over 20 years and I highly recommend Baker Vision . They are very professional and thorough they always take extra time to listen and discuss any and all questions or concerns.
