Brandon and his team are great. They are always quick to respond for maintenance and/or repair needs, for our older systems and they are efficient in the installation process of new equipment. We have a had a long term business relationship between Step Forward and Baker County Heating & Cooling and are happy to continue it.

These guys are amazing! Professional, prompt, knowledgeable and extremely helpful! When our furnace went out ( during the winter) they were quick to get us a new one and get it installed and we’re very caring about it. ( they even offered to bring us heaters of their own while we were waiting for the new furnace to arrive) I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs service on furnace/ air conditioning!! They are all around a great group of people and have the knowledge and experience to do excellent service!!
