The location was easy to find and the dog area was well secured to prevent my husky/German shepherd mix from escaping. The owner, Tawnia, communicated very well and even sent a photo of my dog playing. I will definitely be bringing my girl back.“

4089 State St, Salem“A friend and I brought his dog for vaccines and decided on one of their very reasonably priced packages which included a spay and other things. I had checked other clinics and this is by far the most reasonable. The vet and other techs were friendly and helpful. I was a licensed RVT in California msny years ago and from my experience would highly recommend this clinic.“

3811 Center St NE, Salem“I liked this store a lot. However it's quite expensive. I bought k9 advantage II, a 5.4 Oz bag of Good n Fun tripple flavor twists, and 2 dog toys for $75. The toys were plain squeaky ones some with rope but all the really cool ones were way out of my price range. Great service. They were incredibly nice. Helped me decide what flea meds would be best for me. Calm atmosphere. Layout of the store was great, all similar things together. I would only be able to visit this store if I get another gift card. This was from my health services for having my well visit. If I were rich I would go there all the time tho.“

“I cannot thank kevin at paw and hand enough. Whitney is a lab/shepherd mix, she went to an 8 week board and train for behavior modification. Whitney previously lived on a farm but unfortunately we had to move to an apartment complex. She wasn't too happy with being on a leash, or seeing so many other dogs and people. I had no idea what I was doing or how to handle her reactive behaviors, it became a nightmare to take her outside to potty, let alone give her the excersize she needed. She was not socialized as much as she should have been while a puppy so new people weren't her friend. at the meet and greet she barked at everyone just about the whole time. Though we were all a little nervous as she is A LOT of a dog, the people at paw and hand made her a whole different dog. We still have a long way to go, but thanks to Kevin I also feel confident enough to have control. She not only walks in heel with little reminders, her house manners and bed stays are amazing. I can't even explain in words the wonders they did with her. I will say, I was nervous of the pinch collar, but I believe that's because I was not educated on how to use them correctly. Even through the rain, flooding, and holidays, they still stayed in contact and shared updates. I truly belive the people at paw and hand put there all in with whitney and truly took care of her. I would recommend them to anyone, and will definitely return for tune ups!“
