Ron is the best. Prompt service. Came on schedule and knew exactly what was wrong with my furnace. It was up and running perfectly in less than an hour. I was lucky to be in his current customer list. I hope that others can get him as a service person.

We had Dugan install a new heater 8 years ago. We have never had any problems with it, but a recent ice storm caused some electrical surges which fried the mother board. I was concerned we would be considered a new customer after so long, which he wasn't taking anymore, but that wasn't the case. Not only did he get back to us in just a couple of days, though his message said it could be a week, he fixed our issue the very same day amidst a demanding schedule. The part was covered by warranty, he worked quickly, and the price was perfect! Dugan went above and beyond our expectations... again. He's the best!Services: Heating system repair

Caught him at his shop early one morning and explained my furnace problem. He followed me home, diagnosed furnace failure (24 years old) and we scheduled replacement one week later. Installation of new furnace went off without a hitch, no drama, and as promised, he showed up three days hence to make final adjustments. Transaction was as good as it gets.
