Our OLD OLD furnace wasn't working. There aren't many replacement parts for it, but the technician they sent out fixed it and we've got heat! They were also quick to come out to fix our furnace!Service: Heating system repair

This was my first experience with Columbia Housewarmers. They installed a Rinnai on demand gas water heater and a Valor H3 fireplace. Support before the sale helped me understand what would work for a new fireplace installed in the corner. Estimates were accurate and reasonably priced. When products arrived, I was notified. Install of both was coordinated, crew arrived on time and completed on time. Area was left clean when they left. The team was very knowledgeable, the install was done as planned.
