Columbia Housewarmers

We have worked with Columbia Housewarmers to keep our home warm and dry for the past 12 years. They installed our pellet stove twelve years ago and our whole-house heating system five years ago. Keeping the pellet stove running is extremely important to us when our electric power is out for hours due to high winds and fallen trees.

Yesterday, Jared came over to inspect our pellet stove and check if we needed any new parts. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. We were happy to learn that simply keeping the stove clean is the best maintenance possible, and no new parts were needed. I would recommend them to everyone!

We called to have someone look at our woodstove, we were seeing water come in through the stove pipe. I left a message and was called and scheduled for yesterday. I can't tell you how nice everyone was, from the lady who scheduled my appointment to the technicians that arrived. We were lucky enough to have JJ and Cameron respond to do the work, They were amazing, very polite and professional. My woodstove looks brand new again and we have no leaks. I highly recommend this company and especially JJ and Cameron!

Had our gas fireplace serviced. Our technician was incredibly knowledgeable and patiently answered all my questions. Our fireplace looks beautiful and is in proper working order. Highly recommend!
