Clatsop County needed a facility like this. You guys have helped and are helping so many people. Providers and the lovely people answering the phones and checking everyone in are absolutely amazing and are willing to help you, and if they don’t know the answer to your question they will ask around and go find a answer. You guys all do an amazing job! Thank you so much for being here for our community!

First they publicly humiliate me about my service dog being in training a few weeks ago during my childrens' appointments to the point I couldn't even stay for their appointment because I have severe social anxiety and she's my psychiatric service dog. The lady stated that they don't allow service animals that are in training. But according to the oregan state law all service dogs whether they are in training or fully trained have all the same rights. The lady forced my father in law to take my service animal and leave. So I couldn't even stay for my childrens' appointments. And now today I had an appointment at 8:15am that I had to reschedule because they wouldn't answer they're phone. So I called back at 8 am so I could get a ride up there to show up for my appointment. And they already had someone else scheduled. So they can call someone to schedule them an appointment but when I call for a ride to get to my appointment they can't answer they're phones.

I am almost done with cleaning. Dentist does wonderful with the numbness. Great aim. Team effort though I hadn’t had teeth worked in 6 years. My job is to stay still and listen!
It’s torture but atleast I get to keep the majority of my teeth. This started when I hit my head and got an infection that sent me to the dentist. We realized I have two dead teeth from some sort of impact to my face from the past. Those two teeth are my next adventure though. First, hygiene training and practice and finish cleaning teeth.
Update: well, it happened sooner than I thought. Emergency tooth removal. My pain levels rose through the roof and the gums were gone. Then GONE! Gone goes the migraine gone goes the terrible burning and sharpness in my mouth.

I just had a cleaning with Mary Marshal and she was fantastic! She was friendly, thorough and did a fabulous job, my teeth look great!

My recent cleaning my marti Hartley was amazing,informative,and great conversation. A+,a 10 out of ten,magnifico,cant wait for my next one.love coastal family health both sides ,dentist and docs in one spot!! You just cant beat it.you cant.🫠

Dr. Cooper might be the most amazing provider I've ever had. Dr. Cooper truly advocates for their patients in ways that other PCPs in the past said they would but never have.
I had a late summer surgery date which was delaying my disease/injury recovery and return to normal life after an already two year long medical adventure. Dr. Cooper got my surgery moved up by a couple months, and now I'll be able to have some summer vacation with my kids.
Lots of other good folks work in this office as well. People like our regular tech Elvira, my nurse coordinator Sarah C, and everyone who works in the pharmacy always greet you with a smile.
Every medical institution has it's issues, but when places do things above and beyond like they just did here for me, that can wipe a slate, and set everyone up for success.
