We had a large tree with rot that had been a concern for years. It was on a steep slope close to our neighbor’s house, and with the high winds we get on the coast, we were worried it could come down. We were referred to Bigby Tree Service and couldn’t be happier with the experience.
From the first call, communication was excellent. The crew showed up and were incredibly professional — proper safety gear, clearly experienced, and fast. Watching them work on that slope near a neighboring structure was genuinely impressive. They completed the tree removal efficiently and left the property completely clean. No mess, no hassle.

Absolutely impressed
I had Mr. Bigsby come out to get an estimate on removing a fairly large Doug fir that was a danger to our home that had been worrying me for a couple years, after a quick assessment he asked “do you want to just take care of it now?” To which I agreed. We utilized a piece of equipment I had on the property and Mr. Bigsby layed that tree down exactly where he intended.
Had I known what quick work he would make of it I would have called a lot sooner. His skills and great attitude were very impressive.

We would highly recommend this team who were professional, knowledgeable, and experienced and fast. They added on some additional work too.
