“I was visiting Ashland for a week and with all the delicious food options wanted to make sure I moved some as well. The coaches and fellow members at CrossFit Iron Haven could not have been nicer and more welcoming! Snow the co-owner was very responsive via instagram messaging with providing links and information ahead of attending any class. The coaches gave great feedback and tips I haven’t gotten from others over the years during the classes I attended. Programming was great and gives good variety, there is also different class types. Members were social and even invited me to come watch them at a comp coming up while I was in town. Will be visiting Ashland again and will be sure to continue to drop in.“
