Words cannot begin to describe the truly magical and life changing experience I had during my 200-Hr Hybrid Trauma Informed Teacher Training. From the moment I said YES, the School Yoga Institute has been such a safe space and one of the biggest takeaways from this experience, is the loving container and sense of community that is so beautifully intertwined. I loved my journey with SYI while I was in India for my 300hr training! I'd love to work with them again in the near future for another training. I do have a list of Pro's and Con's.Pro'sPayment plan made it affordable.The instructors were amazing.The stay at the Ayurvedic Resort was amazing.I loved the crew that I went with.I was allowed to participate despite not being as experienced as others. I was excepted and I was able to thrive!Con'sSYI and the instructors weren't always on the same page in regard to logistics. Had a well-rounded experience for my 200hr YTT in Bali. I left feeling prepared as a new yoga teacher. The instructors offered us a place to ask questions, learn and to be vulnerable. I’ll hold this time very close to my heart!
