Nathan and Shannon were incredible on our couples retreat! We learned so much from breath exercises and creating fire to finding tools to deep dive into our relationship. Such a valuable experience!!! Highly recommend Nathan for massages too! His sensorium is a very special place and his transformational massages are life changing

I started my path to better living about three and a half years ago when I moved to Ashland. Being truly embodied was difficult to me since being/living in my body was quite painful. Yoga/dance or other embodied practices seemed nice but I was limited due to tight fascia and muscles.Receiving regular massage from Nathan has been a truly transformative practice. His hands have helped me learn about my body, working though those stiff inflexible areas and learning to soften. He also taught me how powerful breathing into your body can be for opening up. As a (mostly) retired massage therapist I find few that can be held in super regard. Nathan makes that easy by being the best I have ever experienced. He stays present & spontaneous throughout the session, utilizing sounds that cue for breathing or releasing. After having had several massages, so far, I can honestly say each session is unique as he listens to your body & then responds with whatever movement it calls for.
