Inward Bound & Inward Bound Massage Therapy
“I have worked out here for at least 10 years. The studio has great teachers. However in the last few years the private classes have become second priority in as far as scheduling and other factors including noise. For yoga classes and pilates classes, they are usually booked back to back with lingering in the lobby, loud voices and late starts for privates. If you are OK with this kind of busy studio, this is the place for you.The owner is nice and very inclusive.Teachers and students can bring their dogs and children to the studio.”
