Extremely unprofessional and unresponsive.He boasts about his services and responsiveness on his website, but does not even return calls. I left a message on his voicemail, waited one week and still no response. Called again and left another message to make sure I had the right number; still no response. I finally got a text stating "booked out to November." That's it?!Zero courtesy of returning a customer's call to at least discuss the project and try and schedule something, even if it's not until November. John built 3 new interior walls and an enclosed pantry in my Ashland cottage which was previously all open space. John also managed the project for getting new electric and plumbing for a stackable washer/dryer in the pantry. He has a collaborative approach to design even if his ideas are usually best, and the end product is top notch: practical and nice to look at. Plus John is easy to have around if, like me, you need to live there while work is going on. Highly recommended for your remodeling needs.
