Heart Waters Massage is truly special. I’ve been receiving care here for nearly a decade, and Allison is one of the most intuitive, gifted practitioners I’ve experienced. Her work is deeply grounding, restorative, and always exactly what my body needs.
Michael has helped me out of sciatica flare-ups multiple times when I could barely move. His craniosacral work has also been pivotal in my husband’s healing journey. My husband has Ehlers-Danlos and underwent Chiari brain surgery, and Michael’s care has been an important part of his ongoing support.

I have never been to get a massage and Alison did an amazing job--she made me feel super comfortable, and it was so soothing. I was really happy she asked whether I wanted a more firm massage or not, and communicated the whole time. I had booked for a full body massage, but she asked me about those problem areas, and fit that into the appointment! I will definitely come back. Thank you so much Alison!!
The work Michael did on my body helped me heal from a very old, chronic injury. He worked diligently to get to know my me, inquiring about injuries and responding to me with real curiosity and concern. I’m just a few sessions he was able to align my spine and hips to where they should have always been, erasing decades of pain. Now, I can visit him less often and maintain that newfound alignment, and live with what feels-to me-like a new body. I am so grateful to have found a massage therapist, especially one with his level of lomi lomi knowledge and skills, that could achieve something i never really thought possible. I will stick with Michael and Heartwaters indefinitely!
