Plaza Salon and Spa
“This was my first appointment with Crystal, and it was a great experience. I went in for a trim and a little shaping of my layers, but through our conversation, she helped me realize I was ready for a change. Crystal suggested an asymmetrical cut, something I’d never considered, but I felt comfortable stepping outside my comfort zone with her. At one point she asked if I wanted a whisper of change, a change that talked, or a change that screamed. I chose a whisper this time, but next visit I may just go for a scream.
I love my haircut. It’s fun and frames my face in a really flattering way. I’ve gotten several compliments already, and I’m already looking forward to my next appointment!”
