This was my first appointment with Crystal, and it was a great experience. I went in for a trim and a little shaping of my layers, but through our conversation, she helped me realize I was ready for a change. Crystal suggested an asymmetrical cut, something I’d never considered, but I felt comfortable stepping outside my comfort zone with her. At one point she asked if I wanted a whisper of change, a change that talked, or a change that screamed. I chose a whisper this time, but next visit I may just go for a scream.

I recently visited this salon and want to say thank you to the stylist Crystal. Her touch made me completely relax and forget about everything. It felt very natural and effortless — she truly knows what she’s doing. Thank you!

Danny was very nice during my appointment but I came in hoping for a noticeable change and unfortunately my hair looks almost the same as before. One side is also longer than the other which I noticed after it was straight again. I appreciated his time but I was disappointed with the overall result.
