They are thorough and apply the perfect amount of pressure, offering deeper work if preferred. Great care, presence, and communication are demonstrated throughout. Clients leave feeling rejuvenated, recharged, relaxed, and incredible, with specific issues like stored stress or limited range of motion successfully addressed. The practice is accommodating and flexible. It is highly recommended for anyone in or passing through the Rogue Valley seeking an exceptional massage. Many clients describe it as the best massage experience they have had and plan to return permanently.
My experience began with a quiet, respectful exploration of health history and goals for pursuing the Short and Sweet Massage (1 hour). Elise's touch provided me deep relaxation which left me feeling lighter, looser, and completely refreshed—like my body had finally exhaled. Clearly I am experiencing more wellness in mind and body now because her massage is very therapeutic and intentional. What is there to say about Elise Smith other than she knows how to throw elbows and has Wizard fingers After years of physically beating up my body with my profession I went in for a 90 minute session and I’ve never felt better. I’ve been sleeping better and I’m having less body aches and I can’t wait for my next session. Could not recommend her enough amazing go see her if you got those body aches I just won’t go away
Can I give 6 stars? I highly recommend Elise to anyone looking for a great massage therapist. She’s created a warm and welcoming environment and her skill & knowledge are top notch. The care she brings into her work is present from the first interaction and I genuinely feel held each time I see her. I leave feeling restored, calm, my body moving the way it’s meant to.
