I have tried many hot yoga studios and nothing tops Ashland Hot Yoga. It has character & charm along with amazing teachers. Also the temp & humidity is always perfect and the wood floors are the best. Treat yourself to this experience!

The space is beautiful and welcoming. The instructors are all friendly, knowledgeable, prompt and professional! I have been to so many different classes; each has been taught with the same integrity and passion and obvious love and respect for the class, space and yoga.

Kaitlyn was a fantastic instructor. She held the space so thoughtfully. My first time there, I felt immediately welcome, comfortable, and at ease. And the Yin class itself was everything I needed it to be -- grounding and releasing. Love the sweet, cozy vibes there too.
