Charles is polite, friendly, efficient, and good at what he does. While there is a slight downside to having to make an appointment, I'd rather have to make an appointment with someone who does it right than walk in somewhere they do it wrong. I really hope his business survives the pandemic, which has surely been brutal on barbers, because there are not that many partly old school barber shops out there. His pricing is reasonable, there's always parking, and I've never had to wait long for an appointment.
