Tim is awesome! He provided us with a great inspection and explained everything in great detail for us! He was honest and very kind. I will always use him for any home inspection I need.
Not sure I would have been comfortable going through with my first home purchase if it hadn’t been for Tim. He was patient and took time to answer the MANY questions that’s I had and still have. Could not recommend more
I am so glad I used Tim as an inspector while purchasing my first home. He got me scheduled within a day of calling and ran one of the most thorough inspections my realtor had ever seen. He's incredibly knowledgeable and was very patient answering when all of my questions. His report afterwards was very detailed and clear. On top of all of that, he's just a good dude. There are a lot of inspectors out there but Tim is the guy!!
