I had a great experience with Willamette Dental Clinic in Albany. They were very professional and knowledgeable. They asked me questions and let me navigate through what I needed. They gave me choices and they gave me a referral for a bigger issue with my teeth. That referral text me today and let me know they are going to be getting ahold of me and left me a number in case I needed to get ahold of them sooner. Impressionable experience.
I have very bad PTSD , the first day I went in was to my huge surprise. She listen and showed me she cared . I could feel it . To me she is one in a million shes awesome , she gave me back my life and thru all of the pulling my teeth out I NEVER felt any pain before or afta
I had to bring my seven month old with me to my cleaning, and she was having a hard morning. All the staff were kind and understanding, one even hunted down a ducky toy! They could have shamed me or been rude, told me to get a babysitter (we just moved to Albany and know no one!) but instead they were accommodating and nice. Cleaning went well, even if it was a bit rushed due to my little being very fussy.
