West Albany Dental, Dr Hannah and her crew have been excellent in providing dental services to meet my needs. They have been flexible with scheduling to help me with my costs with minimal insurance. They listened to my concerns and explained everything going forward to meet all of my needs. Recently I find myself in need of a significant medical procedure that requires dental qualifications. Dr. Hannah and her team are very helpful and professional. Really appreciate her thoroughness. And Wiz is a hit! Had to have a procedure today and having him on my lap was very nice and calming.

Highly recommend! It was easy to schedule an appointment with West Elm Dental. I really appreciated the appointment reminders and ability to fill out paperwork online. There was a sweet, very polite little dog named Wiz who kept me company while I waited.
The Dental hygienist was personable and talked me through my options clearly. She also explained what she was doing during the exam and what the results meant in regards to gum health numbers, etc. She checked in throughout the Dental exam on my comfort and made recommendations based on what she saw.
