My rescue dog Benji came from the rough and tumble streets of South Carolina. He'd been kicked out of every groomer I'd taken him to on both sides of the country, and we had resorted to having the Vet anesthetize him and buzz him when his hair got too long. But he met his match with Urban Tails! Not only did they do an AMAZING job with him, but he was always so excited to go and see everyone there. I knew he was treated well and that he respected his groomer in a way he didn't respect me (I couldn't even bathe him). Great service. Called us to bring our dog in when they had a cancellation. Our dog had several sores and they were still able to cut his hair around the sores and they always tie a cute kerchief around the dogs neck when they send him home.

My Bernese looked adorable so I didn't notice until I got home that the fur on his legs was longer than his body's. I specifically asked that he be cut as short as possible with special attention to his feet. I don't know if the groomer wasn't told but now I'm digging foxtails out of his feet and need to take care of this as we live in the country.
