I got a pedicure-it was fine, no complaints with how that went. I asked for regular, got gel, I didn’t notice fast enough so just rolled with it. Then they charge you an extra $5 for the nail file because they can’t reuse them. Of course you can’t, that’s part of the business and should be in the price already. Will not go back.
My wife went to this location today with a picture of what she wanted. The tech said no problem and sat her down. He began working and cut her nails shorter than she asked which upset her but what can you do at that point, when he started painting. She told him it’s the wrong color he stated it will look like the picture when he’s done. She continued with the nail service nearing completion she could see it was not looking like what she had asked for and told the tech again it’s not what she wanted. The staff was very nice, got me in quick as a walk in. I can’t hear that well due to a medical condition and the woman who did my nails was nice and repeated questions without judgment. The nails look great. Would recommend
